Welcome to our guesthouse! The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and room bookings. Booking a room implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We invite you to read this page carefully before proceeding with the booking.
A room booking can be made online or by phone.
The booking confirmation is valid only after receiving a booking confirmation by email or phone..
Bookings are subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled only according to the specific cancellation policies.
Full or partial payment for the stay must be made at check-in or as specified in the booking confirmation.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, cash, bank transfer.
Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of no-show (failure to arrive without notice), the total booking amount will be charged.
For changes to the booking, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible. The same cancellation terms will apply.
Check-in: from 14:00 until 24:00 on the day of departure
In case of late arrival or early departure, contact us to check availability and any additional costs.
Guests are required to comply with regulations regarding safety and conduct within the premises.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or in common areas.
Guests must maintain respectful behaviour towards other guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is payable by guests and will be applied in accordance with the provisions of the Municipality of Cesena. The amount will be communicated at check-in and charged separately from the cost of the stay.
Guest registration: In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register guests’ personal data on the "Alloggiati Web" portal of the Municipality of Cesena. The data collected will include: first name, last name, date of birth, identity document and nationality.
Our guesthouse is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings during the stay.
In case of damage or deterioration of the premises or furnishings, the guest will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Our guesthouse will not be held responsible for damages or inconvenience caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, malfunctions in external services (such as electricity, water, etc.) or any other event beyond our control.
In compliance with the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), your personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes related to managing your booking and your stay at our property. The personal data provided will be processed securely and confidentially, as indicated in our Privacy Policy, which you can consult on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes, the competent court will be that of Forlì.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
